摘 要:为提高变径变间距种子玉米脱粒试验台的脱粒效率,降低脱出籽粒损失率,利用Design-Expert软件中Box-behnken试验设计原理,以脱粒轴转速、喂入量、板齿间距为影响因子,脱净率和破碎率为响应值,设计三因素三水平试验优化方案,建立各影响因子及交互作用对脱净率、破碎率的二次回归模型,并对模型进行方差分析,得出试验台最佳脱粒参数,并进行脱粒试验。结果表明:各影响因子对脱净率影响显著性主次依次为:脱粒轴转速、喂入量、板齿间距;各影响因子对破碎率影响显著性主次依次为:脱粒轴转速、喂入量、板齿间距。该机最优工作参数为:脱粒轴转速194~245 r/min,喂入量1.98~3.7 kg/s,板齿间距110~166 mm,此时脱净率为99.82%,较优化前增大0.04%~0.64%;玉米籽粒破碎率为0.30%,较优化前降低0.03%~0.32%,符合玉米脱粒机基本作业标准。In order to further improve the performance of diameter changes and varied-line-spacing maize seed threshing model machine threshing performance,reduce corn seed loss rate,based on the Box-behnken experimental design principle of design expert software,taking the threshing shaft speed,feeding amount and plate tooth spacing as the influencing factors,and the threshing rate and crushing rate as the response values,the optimization scheme of three factors and three levels was designed,and the quadratic regression model of each influencing factor and interaction on the threshing rate and crushing rate was established,and the model was analyzed by variance,and the optimal threshing of the test bench was obtained Parameters,and threshing test The result show that the main and secondary order of the influence factors on the threshing rate is threshing shaft speed,feeding amount,plate tooth spacing;the influence factors on crushing rate are:threshing shaft speed,feeding amount,plate tooth spacing.The optimal working parameters of the machine are as follows:the speed of roller is 194~245 r/min,feed rates is 1.98~3.7 kg/s,plate tooth spacing is 110~166 mm,in this moment threshing rate is 99.82%,threshing rate improved 0.04%~0.64%before parameter optimization,kernel broken rate is 0.3%,reduced 0.03%~0.32%before parameter optimization,which meet the basic working quality standard requirement of corn thresher.
