摘 要:随着工业信息化的推进,农业装备制造型企业已经意识到信息化对于智慧农业发展的重要意义。在信息化建设过程中,由于农业装备制造型企业经营方向各异,业务模式各不相同,引入信息化系统时针对性不强,使得业务模式与实际产生了一定偏差,不得不在使用中多次改进,使得信息化建设出现阻力。本文以某智慧农业装备制造企业为研究对象,以实现智能制造为基本目标,针对企业图文档管理、源头物料数据设计、BOM出错率、项目开发效率、生产工程变更流程存在的相应问题运用PLM系统进行研发管理,同时使用ERP通过对销售管理、采购管理、库存管理、生产管理的相关改进与优化使得系统能在排产方面提供有效的方案,结合管理层的人工调配,使排产方案更加合理高效。旨在通过对PLM、ERP业务流程的优化为企业打造基于精益生产的智能工厂提供一定参考,提高农业装备制造效率,增加企业智慧农业竞争力。With the advancement of industrial informatization,agricultural equipment manufacturing enterprises have realized the importance of informatization for the development of intelligent agriculture.In the process of information construction,due to the different business directions and business modes of agricultural equipment manufacturing enterprises,the introduction of information system is not targeted,resulting in a certain deviation between the business model and the actual situation,which has to be improved many times in use,resulting in the resistance of information construction.Taking an agricultural equipment enterprises as the research object,in order to realize intelligent manufacturing as the basic goal,In view of the corresponding problems existing in enterprise drawing and document management,source material data design,BOM error rate,project development efficiency and production engineering change process,PLM system is used for R&D management,and ERP is used to improve and optimize sales management,procurement management,inventory management and production management,so that the system can provide an effective plan in production scheduling To make the production plan more reasonable and efficient.Through the optimization of PLM and ERP business process,this paper aims to provide certain reference for enterprises to build intelligent factories based on lean production,improve the efficiency of agricultural equipment manufacturing,and increase the competitiveness of enterprises in smart agriculture.
