摘  要:某化肥厂合成氨装置中甲烷化炉发生超温故障。通过现场检验和模拟实验,对甲烷化炉筒体变形度,是否存在氢致裂纹等缺陷,超温前后筒体材料微观组织和性能等方面进行了分析。考虑珠光体球化的影响,估算了筒体材料的极限劣化程度,并对超温甲烷化炉进行了强度校核。通过分析发现超温甲烷化炉基本满足强度要求,建议在开孔处进行补强,从而保证甲烷化炉可以继续安全服役。Over-temperature faults occurred in methanation furnace in certain chemical fertilizer factory.The shell deformation degree,the crack induced by hydrogen,and the microstructure and property of the shell material were analyzed through on-site inspection and simulation experiments.Considering the effects of pearlite spheroidization,the deterioration limit of the shell material was estimated.Strength check of the over-temperature methanation furnace was conducted.The analyses revealed that the methanation furnace basically met the requirements of subsequent safe operation,and relevant opening reinforcements were suggested.
