解放前夕长春本票发行额小考——基于实物冠字号的研究

摘　　要：1949年4月—10月期间,在吉林省长春地区使用的长春本票是一种特殊的货币存在。在它短暂的存续期内,单张票面额度创造了贰佰亿元的最大记录,惊人的发行额也引起了历史少有的严重通货膨胀。长春本票具体的发行额目前并无定数,但是通过对143张长春本票实物的考证,尤其是对“春”“委”“良”“票”四个冠字号下的非定额本票的研究,结合其发行时间、发行数量及每张面额等情况进行分析与演算,可得出解放前夕本票发行的特征及发行额度的激增趋势。其与暴涨的物价水平相互印证的同时,也将当时经济生活的零碎片段进行了衔接与投射。From April to October 1949,Changchun promissory note used in Changchun area of Jilin Province is a special currency.In its short period of existence,the single denomination amount has set a record of 20 billion yuan,and the astonishing issuance amount has also caused serious inflation rarely seen in history.At present,there is no fixed amount of Changchun promissory notes,but through the research of 143 Changchun promissory notes in kind,especially the research on the non quota promissory notes under the four codes on paper money names of“Chun”,“Wei”,“Liang”and“Piao”,based on the analysis and calculation of the issuing time,quantity and denomination of each denomination,we can get the characteristics of promissory note issue and the increasing trend of issuance amount before liberation.At the same time,it confirmed with the soaring price level,also connected and projected the fragments of economic life at that time.
