摘 要:文章报告了大功率核主泵推力轴承设计加工检测一体化的高性能制造原理,及其在推力轴承关键零部件制造方面的应用结果。基于零部件制造加工的不可逆热力学理论,建立了零部件加工过程量、加工工艺载荷和材料加工载荷与表界面完整性的定量关系,提出了推力轴承以表界面完整性为性能控制量的零部件几何、材料、结构的加工方法。利用面向材料的数据正则化、模型正则化和加工过程印记分析,发展了推力轴承由高承载、均载能力和耐磨损抗冲击性能到零部件几何、材料、结构的设计方法。依据高性能制造正问题和反问题复合求解原则,围绕表界面完整性调控为核心的零部件几何、材料、结构与性能关系的共性环节,遵循设计、加工和检测三条技术路径,实现了可倾式推力瓦形性协同设计与模压成型加工、定位机构抗冲击设计与覆层加工,以及支承机构鲁棒设计与强韧化加工的推力轴承高性能制造。High performance manufacturing principle of integrated design,processing and evaluation for the thrust bearings of primary pump in nuclear power plant,and its successful application are reported in the manufacture of key components and parts of the thrust bearings.Based on the irreversible thermodynamics of manufacturing processes of the components and parts,the surface and interface integrity of the components and parts is associated with the process quantities,processing loads and material loading,respectively.The geometry,material and structure processing of the thrust bearings is developed using the surface and interface integrity which is dependent on the performance of the thrust bearings.The material-oriented data regularization,model regularization and process signature marking are used to solve the inverse problem of the high-performance design.Aiming at the high load-bearing capacity,load sharing capacity,wear resistance and impact resistance,the design methods of the thrust bearings are proposed for the components and parts with the geometry,material and structure.According to the combined solution rules of the forward and inverse problems in high performance manufacturing,focusing on the common links of the geometry,material,structure and performance of the components and parts is established through the control core of the surface and interface integrity.The collaborative design and molding of tilting thrust pads,the impact resistance design and coating and cladding of positioning parts,and the robust mechanism design and strengthening and toughening of support components are realized in the high performance manufacturing of the thrust bearings.
