摘  要:目的:评价食管裂孔疝物理模拟器在腹腔镜食管裂孔疝修补术培训中的应用价值。方法:腹腔镜食管裂孔疝修补术模拟器由物理腹腔镜模拟器与三维打印技术创建的手工器官复制品模型组成,可执行腹腔镜下食管裂孔疝修补术所需的程序。20名普通外科医生使用模拟器进行腹腔镜食管裂孔疝修补术,培训结束后对比医生手术熟练程度及其对新型模拟器的评价。结果:培训结束后,参与者较培训前有了较大进步,参与者均认为3D打印的物理模拟器与器官复制品模型对腹腔镜下食管裂孔疝修补术培训具有很高的实用价值,应在住院医师课程中引入。结论:3D打印技术是用廉价易得材料制作的手工器官复制品模型。使用该模拟器与器官复制模型于腹腔镜食管裂孔疝修补术前培训可能对外科医生是有益的,可在住院医师课程中使用。Objective:To create a novel physical simulator of hiatal hernia and to evaluate its application value in laparoscopic hiatal hernia repair training.Methods:The simulator of laparoscopic esophageal hiatal hernia repair was composed of a manual organ replica model created by three-dimensional printing technology and physical laparoscopic simulator.The new simulator could perform all the procedures required for laparoscopic esophageal hiatal hernia repair.Twenty general surgeons used this simulator for laparoscopic repair of esophageal hiatus hernia.After the training,the surgical proficiency of the surgeons and their evaluation of the new simulator were compared.Results:All the participants made great progress after the training,and all the participants believed that the 3D printed physical simulator and organ replica model had high practical value for the training of laparoscopic esophageal hiatus hernia repair.All surgeons agreed that this simulator should be introduced into the resident course.Conclusions:The manual organ replica model is made by 3D printing technology with cheap and easily available materials.Using this simulator and organ replication model for preoperative training of laparoscopic repair of esophageal hiatal hernia may be beneficial to the training of surgeons.This simulators and organ replica models could be used in the resident courses.
