摘　　要：[目的]探讨利用LRH-A3和PGF_(2a)进行试验,对肉牛同期发情的影响。[方法]应用LRH-A3对健康牛和排卵延迟牛进行处理,并用PGF2a进行同期发情处理,观察统计治疗效果、同期率和受胎率情况。[结果]经过对对健康牛和排卵延迟牛进行处理,同期率和受胎率都有提高,取得了较好的试验效果。[结论]同期发情时,注射LRH-A3,能提高母牛的同期率和受胎率。[Objective]To explore the effect of LRH-A3 and PGF2 a on the synchronous estrus of cows.[Method]The LRH-A3 was performed to treat the healthy and delayed ovulation cows,and PGF2 a was used for estrus synchronization treatment.The treatment effect,synchronous estrus and conception rates were observed and analyzed.[Results]The result showed that the synchronous estrus and conception rates were improved after LRH-A3 treatment for healthy and delayed ovulation cows,which gained better effect on the cows.[Conclusion]Injection of LRH-A3 combined with estrus synchronization could increase the synchronous estrus and conception rates of cows.
