摘　　要：为解决离散型制造企业生产现场管理复杂、生产线数字化程度低的问题,以某离散制造企业新建的数控加工车间的生产过程为研究对象,以信息技术为支撑,以先进的制造过程管理模式为指导,基于车间生产数据实时采集和制造过程智能管控的需求,构建涵盖车间生产全过程的制造执行系统。该系统的应用对提升我国制造企业智能化水平、实现制造企业转型升级具有积极的促进意义。In order to solve the problems of complex production site management and low level of digitization of production line in discrete manufacturing enterprises,this paper takes the production process of a newly-built numerical control machining workshop of a discrete manufacturing enterprise as the research object.With the support of information technology and the guidance of advanced manufacturing process management mode,a manufacturing execution system covering the whole process of workshop production is constructed,based on the demand of real-time production data acquisition and intelligent management and control of manufacturing process.The application of the system has a positive and promoting significance for improving the level of manufacturing intelligence as well as realizing the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing enterprises in our country.
