摘  要:通过选择赣北地区种植较广泛的太空长椒606、西域椒王、农望更新28、青花韵赣杂8号、青花韵赣杂5号、青花韵余干椒、青云16号、萍椒19号、农望辛香2号、盛螺958F1、萍螺188、春椒19号共12个辣椒品种进行对比试验,从农艺性状、丰产性、商品性及经济效益进行比较分析,以筛选适合赣北地区露地栽培的辣椒品种。结果表明:农望更新28产量和收益均最高,经济效益最好,果肉较厚,果面皱少,口味辣;青花韵赣杂8号果肉厚,产量和收益较高;萍椒19号口味微辣,产量和收益较高,果面皱少;这3个品种具有较好的丰产性和明显的经济效益,推荐在赣北地区适度规模种植。但萍螺188果大、味极辣,青花韵余干椒果小肉薄、味极辣,太空长椒606果长肉薄、味极辣,具有鲜明的特色,可作特种需求种植。By selecting Taikongchangjiao606,Xiyujiaowang,Nongwanggengxin 28,Qinghuayun Ganza 8,Qinghuayun Ganza 5,QinghuayunYuganjiao,Qingyun16,Pingjiao19,Nongwang XinXiang 2,Shengluo958F1,Pingluo 188,Chunjiao 19,which are widely planted in the north of Jiangxi Province,and their 12 pepper varieties were compared and analyzed in terms of agronomic traits,high yield,commercial properties and economic benefits to select suitable pepper varieties cultivated in the open field in the northern Jiangxi.The results showed that Nongwanggengxin 28 had the highest yield and profit,the best economic benefits,thicker fruit flesh,less wrinkles on fruit surface and spicy taste;Qinghuayun Ganza 8 had thick flesh,higher yield and profit;Pingjiao 19 taste slightly spicy,higher yield and profis,less fruit surface wrinkle;these 3 varieties have good yield and obvious economic benefits,and it is recommended to plant them on a moderate scale in northern Jiangxi.However,Pingluo 188 had heavy fruit and extremely spicy taste;Qinghuayun Yuganjiao,small fruit,thin flesh,extremely spicy taste;Taikongchangjiao 606 had long fruit,thin flesh,extremely spicy taste,and has distinctive characteristics.It can be grown for special needs.
