电容式输送机胶带纵向撕裂监控装置的研制

摘　　要：胶带作为带式输送机的重要组成部分,一旦发生纵向撕裂,将会带来极大的经济损失。文章设计了一种电容式输送机胶带纵向撕裂监控装置,通过测量被测胶带区域的电容值Cx的变化,监控出胶带是否出现破损或撕裂。该监控装置结构简单,成本低,安装施工方便,抗干扰能力强,对胶带表面破损和撕裂能及时监控。Conveyor belt is an important part of belt conveyor.Once the longitudinal rip occurred,it brings enormous economic loss.This paper designs a kind of capacitive monitoring device for longitudinal rip of belt conveyor.By measuring the changes of capacitance value Cx in measurement area of belt,monitors whether the belt is broken or torn.The monitoring device has the distinct advantage of simple structure,low cost,convenient installation and strong antiinterference ability.It can timely monitor the damage and tear on the belt surface.
