摘  要:随着原油品质劣质化,大部分油气管道都面临硫化氢腐蚀问题。针对油气管道常用的X65管线钢开展了一系列腐蚀模拟实验,研究了其在湿硫化氢环境中的腐蚀机理和腐蚀规律,分析了腐蚀原因和腐蚀破坏形式,并提出防腐措施。With the deterioration of crude oil quality,most oil and gas pipelines were facing the problem of hydrogen sulfide corrosion.A series of corrosion simulation experiments were carried out for X65 pipeline steel which was commonly used in oil and gas pipelines.The corrosion mechanism and law of X65 pipeline steel in wet hydrogen sulfide environment were studied.The corrosion causes and corrosion failure forms were analyzed,and anti-corrosion measures were proposed.
