摘 要:围绕采油过程中残留于原油中的表面活性物质烷基苯磺酸钠,导致原油电脱盐脱后原油中金属钠含量偏高这一问题,开发了强化电场功率补偿电脱盐技术,并在大庆炼化公司开展了工业试验。通过采用新型电极结构及功率补偿电控系统,使电场更加合理、高效、稳定,提高了电脱盐效果,同时对金属钠起到了良好的脱除效果,从而减轻了后续重油催化裂化装置催化剂中毒问题。The surfactant sodium alkylbenzene sulfonate remaining in crude oil during oil recovery led to the high sodium metal content in crude oil after electric desalting.In order to solve the above problem,field power compensation electric desalting technology was developed,and the industrial test was carried out in Daqing Refining and Chemical Company.By using the new electrode structure and power compensation electric control system,the electric field was more reasonable,efficient and stable,and the efficiency of electric desalting was improved.At the same time,the metal sodium had been removed well,so the problem of catalyst poisoning in the follow-up heavy oil catalytic cracking unit was ameliorated.
