摘 要:针对烟气脱硫脱硝装置的腐蚀问题,对19家企业29套装置采取的工艺组合及腐蚀情况进行了汇总,总结了主流工艺组合对应的易发生腐蚀的重点部位。其中EDV脱硫技术的腐蚀问题集中在脱硫塔的进料、水珠分离器附近和虾米腰附近;湍冲文丘里除尘脱硫技术集中在综合塔消泡段及其上部;低温氧化脱硝工艺应注意臭氧加注管线的腐蚀;SCR脱硝工艺应关注氨逃逸及锅炉省煤器的腐蚀。In view of the corrosion problem of flue gas desulfurization and denitrification units,the process combination and corrosion situation of 29 units in 19 enterprises were summarized,and the key corrosion prone parts corresponding to the mainstream process combination were summarized.Among them,the corrosion problems of EDV desulfurization technology accumulated in the feed of desulfurization tower,near the water droplet separator and shrimp waist.Turbulent venturi dust removal and desulfurization technology concentrated in the de-foaming section and its upper part of the comprehensive tower.Low temperature oxidation de-nitration process should pay attention to the corrosion of ozone injection pipeline.SCR de-nitration process should consider ammonia escape and boiler economizer corrosion.
