摘 要:通过总结石化行业状态监测技术应用现状,归纳分析了石化行业应用红外技术领域及新需求,提出了应用于炼化装置的红外热成像智能监测系统构建设想,阐述了系统构建目标、系统构架、系统工作流程、系统核心模块以及系统与设备完整性管理的融合方式。借鉴设备完整性风险评价流程,拟定了红外智能监测系统管理的风险评价流程图,对整体系统的应用效果进行了合理化预期。研究指出,建设一套炼化装置特有的红外设备自动识别、在线监测、分析、预警、管理一体化系统,能够指导炼化装置预知性维修策略的制定,实现对炼化装置红外大数据监测、分析、预警反馈及管理的全面覆盖。This paper summarized the application status of monitoring technology in petrochemical industry and analyzed the petrochemical industry field application of infrared technology and new demands.The construction idea of infrared thermal imaging intelligent monitoring system applied in refining and chemical plant was proposed.The system construction goal,system architecture,system workflow,system core modules and the integration mode of system and equipment integrity management were described.Considering the risk assessment process of equipment integrity,the risk assessment flow chart of infrared intelligent monitoring system management was drawn up and the application effect was reasonably predicted.The research indicated that the construction of an integrated system of automatic identification,online monitoring,analysis,early warning and management of the infrared equipment of the refining and chemical plant could guide the formulation of predictive maintenance strategy of the refining and chemical plant,and realize the comprehensive coverage of the monitoring,analysis,early warning feedback and management of the infrared big data of the refining and chemical plant.
