摘  要:通过宏观分析、化学成分分析、XRD分析、金相组织分析、介质分析、SEM及EDS分析、露点计算、流态模拟等方法研究了某重油催化装置分馏塔顶循环管线腐蚀泄漏的具体原因,确定失效主要原因为管道局部出现酸性(H2O+H2S+HCl+CO2)溶液环境,导致管道腐蚀减薄,在内部压力、重力等工作应力的作用下,在薄弱部位发生局部撕裂,对此、提出了针对性建议措施。By means of macroscopic analysis,chemical composition analysis,XRD analysis,metallographic structure analysis,medium analysis,SEM and EDS analysis,dew point calculation,flow simulation and other methods,the specific cause of corrosion leakage of the top circulation pipeline of fractionator in a heavy oil catalytic unit was studied.It was determined that the main cause of the failure was the local acidic(H2O+H2S+HCl+CO2)solution environment,which led to the reduction of pipeline thickness.Under the action of internal pressure,gravity and other working stresses,local tearing occured in the weak part.The corresponding suggestions and measures were put forward.
