国内外图书馆应对突发公共卫生事件研究

摘　　要：国外图书情报界较早就开展灾害应急信息服务,具有较为丰富的服务经验,国内图书情报界在新冠疫情发生以来也开始重视图书馆应对公共卫生事件的研究。本文通过函询、访问网站等方法对国内外不同种类图书馆的应对突发公共卫生事件措施进行研究,得出了加强顶层设计、加强组织领导、完善制度建设、提供突发公共卫生事件专业资源、建立突发公共卫生事件应对专题、创新服务模式等对策。The foreign library and information industry has carried out disaster emergency information service earlier,and has rich service experience.Since the outbreak of the COVID-19 epidemic,the domestic library and information industry has also begun to pay attention to the research of library response to public health events.This paper studies the measures to deal with public health emergencies in different types of libraries at home and abroad by means of correspondence and visiting websites.It puts forward suggestions of strengthening the top-level design,strengthening the organization and leadership,improving the system construction,providing professional resources for public health emergencies,establishing special topics to deal with sudden public health events,and innovating service mode.
