乌拉地尔与硝普钠治疗高血压并发急性左心衰竭的临床效果比较

摘　　要：目的比较乌拉地尔与硝普钠治疗高血压并发急性左心衰竭的临床效果。方法将2018年3月至2019年3月我院心内科收治的130例高血压并发急性左心衰竭患者根据入院顺序随机分为观察组和对照组,每组65例。在综合治疗的基础上,观察组给予乌拉地尔治疗,对照组给予硝普钠治疗。比较两组的临床效果。结果治疗后,两组的收缩压、舒张压、心率及血氧饱和度均改善,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的BNP水平、OI、LVEF、每搏心输出量均改善,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论与硝普钠相比,乌拉地尔治疗高血压并发急性左心衰竭效果更显著,且安全性高,值得临床推广。Objective To compare the clinical effects of urapidil and sodium nitroprusside in the treatment of hypertension complicated with acute left heart failure.Methods A total of 130 patients with hypertension complicated with acute left heart failure admitted in the cardiology department of our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to admission order,with 65 cases in each group.On the basis of comprehensive treatment,the observation group was treated with urapidil,and the control group was treated with sodium nitroprusside.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,systolic pressure,diastolic pressure,heart rate and blood oxygen saturation of the two groups improved,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,BNP level,OI,LVEF and stroke volume of the two groups improved,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with sodium nitroprusside,urapidil is more effective in treating hypertension complicated with acute left heart failure,with high safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
