摘　　要：目的探讨介入治疗在左髂静脉受压综合征并发左下肢深静脉血栓形成中的应用效果。方法选取2017年3月至2019年3月收治的80例左髂静脉受压综合征并发左下肢深静脉血栓患者作为研究对象,以随机数字法将其分为对照组和观察组,各40例,对照组实施单纯球囊扩张治疗,观察组实施球囊扩张+支架植入治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组术后6个月、1年的通畅率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组术后VAS评分、肢体肿胀程度均较术前显著改善(P<0.05),但组间差异不显著(P>0.05)。观察组的并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的血栓形成后综合征发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论介入治疗左髂静脉受压综合征并发左下肢深静脉血栓形成可明显提升患者深静脉血栓通畅率,降低并发症发生率,并可预防血栓形成后综合征,值得推广。Objective To investigate the application effect of interventional therapy on left iliac vein compression syndrome complicated with deep vein thrombosis of left lower extremity.Methods A total of 80 patients with left iliac vein compression syndrome complicated with deep vein thrombosis of left lower extremity treated from March 2017 to March 2019 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with balloon dilatation therapy alone,while the observation group was treated with balloon dilatation+stent implantation.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The patency rates of the observation group at 6 months and 1 year after operation were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The postoperative VAS score and the degree of limb swelling in the two groups were significantly improved compared with that before operation(P<0.05),but the difference between the two groups was not significant(P>0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of post-thrombotic syndrome in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Interventional treatment of left iliac vein compression syndrome complicated with deep vein thrombosis of left lower extremity can significantly improve the patency rate of deep vein thrombosis,reduce the incidence of complications and prevent post-thrombotic syndrome,which is worthy of promotion.
