摘 要:目的分析维生素A辅助治疗小儿哮喘的临床效果及对患儿免疫功能的影响。方法选取2018年4月至2019年10月本院收治的82例哮喘患儿作为研究对象,采用数字随机分组的方式将其分为对照组与观察组,各41例。对照组给予沙丁胺醇与布地奈德治疗,观察组给予沙丁胺醇、布地奈德联合维生素A治疗。比较两组的炎性因子及免疫功能水平,分析两组的血清维生素A水平及哮喘分级情况。结果治疗后,两组的TNF-α、IL-5水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的CD4+及CD4+/CD8+均升高,CD8+及IgE水平均降低,且观察组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的血清维生素A水平均升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的哮喘分级优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论维生素A治疗小儿哮喘的临床效果显著,具有进一步推广应用的价值。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of vitamin A in the adjuvant treatment of asthma in children and its influence on immune function of children.Methods A total of 82 children with asthma admitted in our hospital from April 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group according to the method of digital random grouping,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with salbutamol and budesonide,and the observation group was treated with salbutamol,budesonide and vitamin A.The levels of inflammatory factors and immune function were compared between the two groups,and the serum vitamin A level and asthma grading of the two groups were analyzed.Results After treatment,the levels of TNF-αand IL-5 in the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the CD4+and CD4+/CD8+in the two groups increased,CD8+and IgE level decreased,those in the observation group were better than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum vitamin A level in the two groups increased,that in the observation group was higher than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the asthma grading in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Vitamin A in the adjuvant treatment of asthma in children has significant clinical effect and the value of further promotion and application.
