血清乙肝病毒、PreS1、PreS2抗原检测在乙肝诊断中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨血清乙肝病毒(HBV)、PreS1、PreS2抗原检测在乙肝诊断中的应用价值。方法选取2018年1月至2019年12月在本院进行治疗的414例乙肝患者作为观察组,再选取同期的414例健康体检者作为对照组。所有受检者均进行血清HBV五项定量检测、PreS1、PreS2抗原检测,分析检测结果。结果414例乙肝患者中,血清PreS1阳性、PreS2阳性、PreS1、PreS2均阳性在HBsAg、HBcAb(+)中的检出率均低于HBsAg、HBeAg、HBcAb(+),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);血清PreS1阳性、PreS2阳性、PreS1、PreS2均阳性在HBsAg、HBeAb、HBcAb(+)中的检出率均低于HBsAg、HBeAg、HBcAb(+),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组HBV、PreS1、PreS2阳性率均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血清HBV、PreS1、PreS2抗原检测在乙肝诊断中具有较高应用价值,能够为患者后期治疗提供有利依据,改善患者病情预后,值得进一步推广与应用。Objective To explore the application value of serum hepatitis B virus(HBV),PreS1,preS2 antigen detection in the diagnosis of hepatitis B.Methods A total of 414 hepatitis B patients treated in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as observation group,and 414 healthy people in the same period were selected as control group.All subjects were tested for serum HBV five quantitative detection,PreS1,preS2 antigen detection,and the detection results were analyzed.Results In 414 patients with hepatitis B,the detection rates of serum PreS1 positive,preS2 positive,PreS1,preS2 positive in HBsAg and HBcAb(+)were lower than those in HBsAg,HBeAg and HBcAb(+),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the detection rates of serum PreS1 positive,preS2 positive,PreS1,preS2 positive in HBsAg,HBeAb and HBcAb(+)were lower than those in HBsAg,HBeAg and HBcAb(+),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive rates of HBV,PreS1 and preS2 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Serum HBV,PreS1,preS2 antigen detection in the diagnosis of hepatitis B has high application value,it can provide a favorable basis for later treatment of patients,and improve the prognosis of patients,which is worth further promotion and application.
