摘　　要：慈姑(Sagittaria trifolia L.)属于泽泻科慈姑属多年生草本植物,在我国长江以南水资源丰富地区有着悠久的栽培历史,是我国传统的水生蔬菜。本文从慈姑种苗繁育、栽培模式及田间管理等几个方面综述了我国慈姑栽培技术研究进展,以期为慈姑的进一步栽培研究提供参考。Sagittaria trifolia L.is a perennial herb of the genus Sagittaria in the Alismaceae,has a long history of cultivation in water-rich areas in south of the Yangtze River.It is a traditional aquatic vegetable in China.This paper summarized the research progress of Sagittaria trifolia cultivation techniques in China from the aspects of seedling breeding,cultivation mode and field management,in order to provide references for further studies on cultivation techniques of Sagittaria trifolia.
