摘　　要：本文就如何保证农产品农药残留检测能力验证实验结果满意需要注意的几个关键点进行了探讨分析。要想通过板栗中毒死蜱农药残留检测的能力验证,样品前处理采用NY/T 761的方法,必须注意:提取液的过滤要用定性滤纸或脱脂棉,提取液过滤后静置时间控制在30~40 min之间,吸取10 mL乙腈液体要准确,净化步骤的水浴温度要严格按照方法要求,氮吹切记不要吹得太干,SPE小柱的活化平衡要充分,上样时液面不能流干,上样后尽可能流干再洗脱,最后定容至5.00 m L要准确。检测结束后,对结果进行验证很重要,可采用盲样的空白基质配标和空白基质加标画标准曲线2种办法。This paper discussed and analyzed several key points that need to be paid attention to in order to ensure that the results of the pesticide residue test of agricultural products are satisfactory.In order to test the ability of pesticide residue detection of chlorpyrifos in chestnut,the method(NY/T 761)was used in sample pretreatment,it must be noted that qualitative filter paper or absorbent cotton should be used for the filtration of the extraction solution,the standing time of the extraction solution after filtration should be controlled between 30 min and 40 min,10 mL acetonitrile liquid should be accurately absorbed,the water bath temperature of the purification step should be strictly in accordance with the requirements of the method,the nitrogen blowing should not be too dry,the activation balance of the SPE small column should be sufficient,and the liquid should not be drained during sample loading,the liquid should be drained as far as possible before elution,and the final constant volume of 5.00 mL should be accurate.After the test,it is very important to verify the results.Blank matrix matching with blind sample method and blank matrix adding with standard curve method can be adopted.
