摘  要:为探讨胚根短截的最优保留长度,本文采用方差分析及多重比较分析不同胚根短截处理下红锥苗木生长量及根系发育状况。结果表明,不同胚根短截处理对红锥苗苗高、地径、主根长、须根数和侧根数均影响较大,不同处理间差异显著。不同胚根短截处理对红锥成苗率影响较小。进行胚根短截处理并保留胚根长度1~2 cm的红锥苗苗高、地径、须根数和侧根数分别较其他处理高出9.87%~37.09%、8.82%~40.74%、15.86%~135.86%和27.58%~68.03%。综上所述,进行胚根短截处理并保留胚根长度1~2 cm更有利于提高红锥容器苗苗高和地径生长量,增加须根和侧根数量,控制主根长度,为红锥人工林培育提供高质量苗木。该处理措施可作为日后红锥容器苗生产的推荐技术措施。In order to explore the optimal retention length of radicle pruning,the variance analysis and multiple comparison were used to analyze Castanopsis hystrix Miq.seedling growth and root development under different radicle pruning treatments in this paper.The results showed that different treatments of radicle pruning had great influence on height,ground diameter,main root length,lateral root number and fibrous root number of C.hystrix seedings,and the above indicators from different treatments had significant difference.Different treatments of radicle pruning had little effect on seedling rate of C.hystrix.The height,ground diameter,fibrous root number and lateral root number of C.hystrix seedings with 1-2 cm radicle were 9.87%-37.09%,8.82%-40.74%,15.86%-135.86%and 27.58%-68.03%respectively higher than those of other treatments.In summary,retaining 1-2 cm radicle was beneficial to raising seedling height and ground diameter,increasing the number of fibrous roots and lateral root,controlling the length of the taproot and providing high quality seedlings for cultivation of C.hystrix plantation.This treatment can be used as a recommended technical measure for the future production of C.hystrix container seedlings.
