摘  要:节水灌溉的普及是世界灌溉技术发展趋势,是缓解水资源危机和实现高效、精准农业的必然选择。2018年成都市农田灌溉水有效利用系数为0.55,农田灌溉用水为29.92亿m^3,占总用水量的53.41%。农业灌溉用水作为成都市用水总量的主要组成部分,已成为解决成都区域性缺水、过程性缺水和配置性缺水问题的关键因素。本文以成都市节水灌溉为研究对象,从成都市基本情况、农田灌溉用水情况、节水灌溉发展现状出发,分析了当前成都市节水灌溉建设存在的不足,并从建设模式、制度、管理等方向对成都市节水灌溉未来发展趋势进行了探讨,以期为提高水资源利用效率提供参考。The popularization of water saving irrigation is the development trend of irrigation technology in the world,and it is also the inevitable choice to alleviate the crisis of water resources and realize efficient and precision agriculture.In 2018,the effective utilization coefficient of irrigation water was 0.55 in Chengdu,with 2.992 billion m3 of irrigation water,accounting for 53.41%of the total water consumption.As the main component of the total water consumption in Chengdu City,agricultural irrigation water has become a key factor to solve the regional water shortage,procedural water shortage and allocative water shortage in Chengdu City.In this paper,the water-saving irrigation in Chengdu City was taken as the research object,based on the basic situation,the situation of irrigation water use and water-saving irrigation in Chengdu City,the shortcomings of water-saving irrigation construction were analyzed,and the future development trend of water-saving irrigation was discussed from the aspects of construction mode,system and management in Chengdu City,so as to provide references for improving the efficiency of water resources.
