新生儿血常规检测优先采血方式的探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨新生儿血常规检验时,静脉采血和末梢采血两种方式哪种优先采用,以及两种不同采血方式检验结果的比较分析。方法收集2019年6月至12月在我院顺产的新生儿113例作为研究对象,分别以静脉采血和末梢采血的方式对新生儿进行血常规检测,对比分析两种不同的采血方式下,血常规检验结果是否存在差异。结果BA、EO、MCH所检测的结果中,末梢血常规和静脉血常规所测得的结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);而WBC、NE、LY、MO、RBC、HCT、HB、MCV、MCHC、PLT所测得的结果中,末梢血常规和静脉血常规所测得的结果存在明显差异,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中WBC、NE、MO、RBC、HCT、HB、MCV测得结果中末梢血高于静脉血,MCHC、PLT测得结果中末梢血低于静脉血。结论新生儿血常规检验的两种采血方式中,静脉血和末梢血在检验过程中均有各自的不足,但末梢血更加简便、快捷,更易被家长接受。Objective To evaluate which of the two methods of venous blood collection and peripheral blood collection is preferred in the routine blood test of newborns,and to compare the results of the two different blood collection methods.Methods 113 newborns from June to December of 2019 in our hospital were collected as research objects,and peripheral blood and venous blood were collected respectively.The difference of blood routine test results between two different ways of blood collection was analyzed.Results Among the results of EO,Ba and MCH,there was no significant difference between the results of peripheral blood routine test and venous blood routine test(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in WBC,NE,Mo,LY,RBC,HCT,Hb,MCV,MCHC,and PLT,but there was significant difference in WBC,NE,Mo,EO,RBC,HCT,Hb,and MCV,in which peripheral blood was higher than venous blood,also,in MCHC,PLT,peripheral blood was lower than venous blood(all P<0.05).Conclusion In the two blood sampling methods of routine blood test of newborn,both methods have their own shortcomings,but peripheral blood is simpler,faster and more acceptable to parents.
