摘　　要：在城市改造项目中,大量既有建筑拆除后的建设用地被再次利用,但由于在既有建筑场地开发中,地下存在大量老桩、燃气管道、给水管道等各种障碍物,给施工带来了极大的困难。以南昌嘉里建设二期项目为例,介绍了针对地下燃气、给水管道、既有老桩等地下障碍物所采取的不同处理措施,重点研究了既有老桩的拔除工艺,希望为今后类似地下障碍物的处理提供一定的经验和借鉴。In urban reconstruction projects,a large amount of construction land after the demolition of existing buildings is reused.However,in the development of existing building sites,there are a large number of old piles,gas pipelines,water supply pipelines and other obstacles in the ground.Taking the Nanchang Kerry Construction Phase Ⅱ project as an example,this article introduces different treatment measures for underground obstacles such as underground gas,water supply pipelines,and existing old piles.The focus is on the removal process of existing old piles.The treatment of similar underground obstacles provides certain experience and reference.
