摘  要:重庆华润中心二期超高层住宅为部分框支剪力墙结构体系,转换层位于L5层,属于高位转换。对多种软件的计算结果进行对比,结果合理、有效;针对框支框架的地震倾覆力矩比和等效侧向刚度比提供建议取值,可供同类项目参考;对结构进行弹性、弹塑性分析。分析结果表明,选取的结构体系合理,满足抗震设防性能目标要求。The super high-rise residential building of second phase of Chongqing China Resources Center is partial framesupported shear wall structure system.The conversion layer is located on L5 layer,which belongs to high-level transferred structure.The article compares the calculation results of various software,and the results are reasonable and effective.Suggested values are given for the seismic overturning moment ratio and equivalent lateral stiffness ratio of frame-supported frames,which could be used as reference for similar projects;and the elastic and elastic-plastic analysis of the structure is carried out.The analysis results show that the selected structural system is feasible and meets the requirements of seismic performance targets.
