摘 要:我国正从基建大国向基建强国迈进,“老基建”与“新基建”叠加交汇,伴随这一历史性进程,建筑业也面临从传统粗放建造方式向精细智慧建造模式的转变;云计算、物联网、大数据、人工智能等现代信息技术手段深度融入传统建筑业,必将助推传统行业转型升级,两者的有机结合将有力地促进我国建筑产品的效益和品质。通过大样本社会调查,梳理剖析了所获取的基础数据;运用SWOT方法,探讨了智慧建造发展进程中的优势、劣势、威胁、机遇等因素;提出了传统观念转变、产业政策引导、标准规范制约、现代建筑技术引领、专业人才培养等对策,以期推动智慧建造模式在我国的快速健康发展。China is moving from a major infrastructure country to a powerful infrastructure country. "Old infrastructure" and "new infrastructure" overlap. With this historic process, the construction industry is also facing a shift from traditional extensive construction methods to sophisticated and intelligent construction models;cloud computing, material modern information technology such as networking, big data, and artificial intelligence are deeply integrated into the traditional construction industry, which will surely promote the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries. The organic combination of the two will effectively promote the efficiency and quality of my country’s construction products. Through a large sample of social surveys, combed and analyzed the basic data obtained;using the SWOT method, discussed the advantages, disadvantages, threats, opportunities and other factors in the development process of smart construction;proposed changes in traditional concepts, industrial policy guidance, and standards and regulations, Modern construction technology leadership, professional personnel training and other countermeasures, in order to promote the rapid and healthy development of smart construction models in my country.
