玉溪14例新型冠状病毒肺炎患者的回顾性分析

摘　　要：目的分析14例新型冠状病毒肺炎患者的临床特征,为临床诊治提供科学依据。方法选取我市收治的14例确诊患者,对其临床特征、实验室检查及治疗进行总结分析。结果 14例患者中71.4%为轻型、普通型;重型、危重型患者均存在慢性基础病且平均年龄(62.8±8.4)岁,临床表现以发热,干咳、乏力为主;轻型、普通型组PCT,CRP,IL-6,ESR均明显低于重型、危重型组(P<0.05),而淋巴细胞数则明显高于后者(P<0.05);激素可改善呼吸困难症状。结论人群对新型冠状病毒普遍易感,大部分症状较轻,但有基础病的中老年易发展为重症、危重症。多以发热,干咳、乏力为主要临床表现;外周血白细胞数、淋巴细胞数、CRP、IL-6可作为预测新冠肺炎严重程度的指标,短期小剂量使用激素可改善肺氧和功能及预后。Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics of 14 patients with COVID-19 and provide scientific basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods Analyze the clinical characteristics,laboratory examination and treatment of 14 confirmed patients in yuxi.Results 71.4%of the 14 patients were mild and normal.The severe and critical patients all had chronic basic diseases with an average age of 62.8±8.4 years.The main clinical manifestations were fever,dry cough and fatigue.PCT,CRP,IL-6 and ESR in the light and normal type groups were significantly lower than those in the severe and critical type groups(P<0.05),while the number of lymphocytes was significantly higher than those in the severe and critical type groups(P<0.05).Hormones can improve symptoms of dyspnea.Conclusion People are susceptible to novel coronavirus,most of the symptoms are mild,but the elderly with basic disease are prone to develop severe or critical disease.Fever,dry cough and fatigue were the main clinical manifestations.Peripheral blood leukocyte count,lymphocyte count,CRP and IL-6 can be used as indicators to predict the severity of COVID-19.Short-term and low-dose hormone use can improve the function of pulmonary gas exchange and prognosis.
