摘　　要：目的探讨妊娠期滴虫性阴道炎对妊娠结局的影响。方法采用回顾性方法选取2019年1月至2019年12月在昆明市妇幼保健院产科入院分娩的孕期诊断为滴虫性阴道炎且符合研究条件的产妇为观察对象,分析滴虫性阴道炎对妊娠结局的影响。结果滴虫性阴道炎产妇发生胎膜早破、绒毛膜羊膜炎、早产、新生儿低体重、新生儿感染高于对照组,差异有统计学意义,产后出血、新生儿窒息、剖宫产与对照组无明显差异。Objective To investigate the effects of trichomonas vaginitis during pregnancy on pregnancy outcomes.Methods A retrospective method was used to select pregnant women who were diagnosed with trichomoniasis vaginitis during pregnancy and delivered in the obstetrics department of Kunming Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2019 to December 2019.Impact of pregnancy outcomes.Results Premature rupture of membranes,chorioamnionitis,premature delivery,low birth weight,and neonatal infections were higher in the trichomoniasis vaginitis women than in the control group.The differences were statistically significant.There was no significant difference in the control group.
