摘  要:自主设计与开发了一套基于QT的FAIMS气体传感器测控系统,与下位机系统配合使用。基于C++的QT框架进行GUI界面设计,使用Raspberry Pi 3B嵌入式开源硬件作为控制中心,搭载主流的嵌入式Linux操作系统。FAIMS气体传感器核心芯片采用PCB工艺制作,上下极板间距0.2 mm。离子源采用与PCB板设计相结合的负直流针-环放电电极结构,针尖直径为200μm,环直径为3 mm。实验结果表明:系统实现了上位机与下位机的命令和数据收发、多种颜色的谱图在线及离线绘制、数据滤波、多谱图的数据提取和保存、多平台应用等功能,具有体积小、便携式、应用灵活、通用性好等特点。A FAIMS gas sensor control and measurement system was designed and implemented based on QT,which is an upper computer system used in cooperation with the main control center of the lower computer.Based on the QT framework of C++,GUI interface is designed.Raspberry PI 3 B embedded open-source hardware is used as the control center,which is equipped with the mainstream embedded Linux operating system.The core chip of FAIMS gas sensor was fabricated by PCB technology.The distance between the upper and lower board is 0.2 mm.The structure of negative DC needle-to-ring discharge electrode combined with PCB design is adopted as ion source.The radius of needle tip and ring is 200μm and 3 mm,respectively.The experimental results show that the needed functions are realized,including command and data transmission between upper computer and lower computer,on line and off-line drawing of multi-color spectrum,data filtering,extraction and preservation of multispectral data,multi platforms application,and so on.It has the characteristics of small size,portability,flexible application and good universality,and so on.
