盆底仿生物电刺激配合中药治疗薄型子宫内膜患者的冷冻胚胎移植研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨盆底仿生物电刺激配合中药治疗薄型子宫内膜患者的冷冻胚胎移植研究。方法:选取2017年3月-2019年3月本院收治的需接受冷冻胚胎移植的薄型子宫内膜患者60例。按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组,每组各30例。对照组应用常规经典激素替代治疗,研究组应用在对照组基础上联合进行盆底仿生物电刺激配合中药治疗。比较两组患者子宫内膜厚度改善情况、子宫内膜血流动力学、胚胎着床情况以及临床妊娠率。结果:两组月经第10天子宫内膜厚度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组移植日子宫内膜厚度以及内膜增长值均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组RI比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组PI、S/D均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的胚胎着床率、临床妊娠率均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗5、6次患者移植日子宫内膜厚度以及内膜增长值均高于治疗3、4次患者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用盆底仿生物电刺激配合中药治疗薄型子宫,可以有效促进患者子宫内膜增厚,增加子宫内膜血流灌注,提高子宫内膜容受性,促进冷冻胚胎移植着床,可在临床中进一步推广应用。Objective:To investigate the study of pelvic floor biomimetic electrical stimulation combined with traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of frozen embryo transfer in patients with thin endometrium.Method:From March 2017 to March 2019,60 patients with thin endometrium who needed frozen embryo transfer were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and study group,30 cases in each group.The control group received conventional classical hormone replacement therapy,and the study group was treated with pelvic floor biomimetic electrical stimulation combined with traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group.The improvement of endometrial thickness,endometrial hemodynamics,embryo implantation and clinical pregnancy rate were compared between the two groups.Result:There was no significant difference in endometrial thickness between the two groups on the 10th day of menstruation (P>0.05).The endometrial thickness and endometrial growth of the study group on the day of transplantation were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in RI between the two groups (P>0.05).PI and S/D of the study group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The embryo implantation rate and clinical pregnancy rate of the study group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).In the study group,the endometrial thickness and endometrial growth value on the day of transplantation were higher than those of patients treated for 3 and 4 times,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of pelvic floor biomimetic electrical stimulation combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of thin uterus can effectively promote endometrial thickening,increase endometrial blood perfusion,improve endometrial receptivity,promote frozen embryo
