摘　　要：数据库价格增幅与图书馆经费限制始终是采访工作的一大矛盾,采访人员在续订评估中既需要做到对资源的使用与需求情况进行观察调研,也需要对资源本身发生的变化及时追踪。通过实践总结对资源进行分类,案例调研判断价格影响因素,从而对资源续订价值做出相应决策,把握订购主动权,优化资源建设。The price rising of databases and the underfunding in libraries have always been a contradiction for resource acquisition.Therefore,the purchasers must give an analysis both on using condition and content changing,through the practice summary to classify the resources,the case study to judge the influencing factors of the price,so as to make the corresponding decision on the renewal value of resources,grasp the initiative of ordering,optimize the construction of resources.
