人体基因干预技术的伦理挑战及出路

摘　　要：近几年,基因技术在医学领域获得极大地发展,提高了人类对生命的主动干预能力。但人体基因干预技术的进步也带来诸多伦理挑战,如何及时有效应对这些挑战是当前基因伦理研究的紧迫任务。人体基因干预技术的伦理挑战主要有侵犯人的基本权利、破坏传统家庭关系、挑战社会公平正义等。究其原因在于技术本身的特点、人对技术的运用、社会环境等因素。应对基因干预技术的伦理挑战应当协调工具理性和价值理性、发展和统一相关伦理原则、完善相关法律,从而实现基因技术的良性发展。In recent years,genetic technology has achieved great development in the medical field,which has improved the ability of humans to actively intervene in life.However,the advancement of human genetic intervention technology has brought many ethical challenges,and how to respond to these challenges in a timely and effective manner is an urgent task of current gene ethics research.The ethical challenges of gene intervention technology mainly include infringing on people’s basic rights,destroying traditional family relations,and challenging social fairness and justice.The reason lies in the characteristics of technology itself,people’s use of technology,social environment and other factors.To deal with the ethical challenges of genetic intervention technology,we should coordinate tool rationality and value rationality,develop and unify relevant ethical principles,and improve relevant laws,so as to realize the healthy development of genetic technology.
