多维贫困视角下资助育人功能的现实困境与优化路径

摘　　要：资助政策的实行有效地帮助贫困大学生缓解了求学压力,一定程度上切断了贫困的代际传递,然而大学生资助的育人功能面临多维贫困的新困境。通过分析多维贫困存在的原因及消除机制类型,提出保障型资助向发展型资助转变;价值观培育和思政教育相结合;构建实践能力提升平台;营造和谐环境,注重人文关怀等优化路径,旨在提升资助育人功能的实效性。The implementation of the subsidy policy effectively helps the poor college students to alleviate the pressure of studying and cut off the inter-generational transmission of poverty to a certain extent.However,the educational function of university students’subsidy faces the new dilemma of multidimensional poverty.By analyzing the causes of multidimensional poverty and the types of elimination mechanism,this paper puts forward the transformation from security oriented funding to development oriented funding,the combination of values cultivation and ideological and political education,the construction of practical ability improvement platform,the construction of a harmonious environment to focus on humanistic care and other optimization paths,aiming to improve the effectiveness of the supporting education function.
