工会新媒体在促进产业工人队伍建设中运用的思考

摘　　要：工会新媒体是工会发展改革的需要,是广大职工的期盼。随着信息科技的发展,“互联网+工会”的各种新媒体应运而生,迅速崛起,有效促进了工会各方面工作的开展,切实扩大了工会的社会影响,迅速提高了工会工作的成效。在促进产业工人队伍建设方面,工会组织要积极利用工会新媒体这一科技手段,通过打造网络学习平台、共享数据资源、建设网上职工之家等途径,适时提高产业工人素质,更好履行工会的教育职能。Using new media is the need of trade union development and reform,and it is also workers'expectation.With the development of information technology,various forms of new media that combine"Internet+"with trade union have emerged rapidly.It has promoted the work of trade union,expanded the social influence,and rapidly improved the union result.In order to promote the training and improve the quality of industrial workers,trade unions must create online learning or platforms and share data resources so that it can better perform the educational function of the trade union.
