摘　　要：加强新时代工会干部队伍建设,要把握我国工人运动发展规律,遵循党的工运事业发展规律,遵循我国工会工作发展规律,围绕党和国家的中心任务和工运事业的时代主题不断实践创新。The training of trade union cadres in the new era must conform to the law of the development of the Chinese labor movement,the development of the labor movement under the leadership of the Communist Party of China,and the development of the Chinese labor union.The content of the training should focus on the central tasks of the party,the state and the theme of the times of the labor movement cause,continuous practice and innovation.
