摘  要:以IPDI、PTMG-2000、DMPA为原料,通过预聚体法合成水性聚氨酯,以硫酸铝、硫酸镁、硫酸锌、二氧化钛对竹炭微粉进行改性,将改性后的竹炭微粉与水性聚氨酯进行物理混合,通过改变改性竹炭微粉的质量制备出一系列白度化后的竹炭微粉/水性聚氨酯复合涂料,将其制备成75 mm×25 mm规格的漆膜样品,对制备的样品进行红外光谱、吸水性、力学性能、白度以及甲醛吸附性表征,研究表明:当加入竹炭质量分数为0.3%时,复合涂料具有良好的综合性能,此时白度值为21.4,白度效果较为理想,吸水率为370%,经过240 h后的甲醛吸附量测试,样品吸附甲醛0.051 g.IPDI,and the PTMG-1000,DMPA as raw materials of polyurethane prepolymer prepared by using Waterborne polyurethane emulsion is prepared.Al2(SO4)3,MgSO4,ZnSO4,TiO2 as modifier to modify Bamboocharcoal micropowder,and physical mixing of modified bamboo charcoal powder and waterborne polyurethane,a series of whitened bamboo charcoal powder/waterborne polyurethane composite coatings are prepared by changing the quality of whitened bamboo charcoal powder,and then the product is prepared into 75mm×25mm paint samples.The samples are characterized by IR,water absorption,mechanical properties,whiteness and formaldehyde adsorption.It is found that when the amount of bamboo charcoal micropowder is 0.3%;its comprehensive performance is better;its whiteness value is 21.4 and the water absorption is 370%.The sample adsorbs 0.051g formaldehyde after 240 hours formaldehyde adsorption test.
