摘　　要：随着全球化时代的到来,帝国主义国家对外扩张的方式发生了重大变化。与传统依靠战争武力或者经济剥削进行殖民扩张不同,新帝国主义对世界的征服体现为合法控制和制度规训。在新的国际形势下,帝国主义呈现出一些新特点,部分西方学者认为列宁的“帝国主义论”已经过时,他们试图为新形势下欧美发达国家对其他国家开展新殖民统治提供理论依据。西方左翼学者将帝国主义出现的新变化视作资本主义的延续,通过提出“金融资本”“金融帝国”等概念描述“新帝国主义”种种新特征。With the advent of the era of globalization,great changes have taken place in the ways of imperialist countries’external expansion.Differencing from the traditional colonial expansion relying on war force or economic exploitation,neo-imperialism’s conquest of the world is embodied in legal control and institutional discipline.Under the new international situation,imperialism has taken on some new characteristics.Some Western scholars think Lenin’s“imperialism theory”is outdated,and they try to provide a theoretical basis for developed countries in Europe and America to carry out neo-colonial rule over other countries under the new situation.Western left-wing scholars regard the new changes in imperialism as the continuation of capitalism in form and put forward various new features of“new imperialism”through the analysis of“financial capital”and“financial empire”.
