摘 要:本试验旨在探究饲粮钙(Ca)、非植酸磷(NPP)水平对29~56日龄慢速黄羽肉鸡生长性能和胫骨性状的影响。试验选用720只29日龄慢速岭南黄母鸡作为试验鸡,采用3(Ca水平)×3(NPP水平)因子试验设计,饲粮Ca水平分别为0.75%、0.85%、0.95%,NPP水平分别为0.35%、0.40%、0.45%,共9个处理,每个处理4个重复,每个重复20只鸡。试验期28 d。结果表明:1)饲粮Ca、NPP水平对生长性能没有显著影响(P>0.05),但饲粮Ca水平有影响料重比的趋势(P=0.080);饲粮Ca、NPP水平对料重比有显著交互作用(P<0.05),当饲粮Ca水平为0.75%、NPP水平为0.35%和Ca水平为0.85%、NPP水平为0.45%时,获得最小料重比,且显著低于饲粮Ca水平为0.85%、NPP水平为0.35%和Ca水平为0.95%、NPP水平为0.35%时(P<0.05)。2)饲粮Ca水平显著影响胫骨长度(P<0.05),主效应分析表明,饲粮Ca水平为0.75%和0.85%时的胫骨长度显著高于饲粮Ca水平为0.95%时(P<0.05)。饲粮NPP水平显著影响胫骨直径、折断力和密度(P<0.05),主效应分析表明,饲粮NPP水平为0.35%时的胫骨直径、折断力和密度均高于饲粮NPP水平为0.40%和0.45%时(P<0.05)。饲粮Ca、NPP水平对胫骨直径、折断力和密度有显著交互作用(P<0.05)。由此可见,在本试验条件下,饲粮Ca、NPP水平影响29~56日龄慢速黄羽肉鸡的胫骨性状并具有交互作用,综合胫骨指标与生长性能,推荐饲粮Ca、NPP水平分别为0.75%、0.35%。This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary calcium(Ca)and non-phytate phosphorus(NPP)levels on growth performance and tibial characteristics of slow-growing yellow-feathered broilers aged from 29 to 56 days.A total of 720 twenty-nine-day-old yellow-feathered female broilers were used,a 3(Ca level)×3(NPP level)factorial design was used,dietary Ca levels were 0.75%,0.85%and 0.95%,respectively,and NPP levels were 0.35%,0.40%and 0.45%,respectively,and there were 9 treatments with 4 replicates per treatment and 20 birds per replicate.The experiment lasted for 28 days.The results showed as follows:1)dietary Ca and NPP levels had no significant effects on growth performance(P>0.05),bud dietary Ca level had a tendency to affect the feed to gain ratio(P=0.080);dietary Ca and NPP levels had a significant interaction on the feed to gain ratio(P<0.05),when dietary Ca level of 0.75%,NPP level of 0.35%and Ca level of 0.85%,NPP level of 0.45%,the feed to gain ratio was the lowest,and significantly lower than that when dietary Ca level of 0.85%,NPP level of 0.35%and Ca level of 0.95%,NPP level of 0.35%(P<0.05).2)Dietary Ca level had significant effect on the tibial length(P<0.05),the main effect analysis showed that the tibial length when dietary Ca level of 0.75%and 0.85%was significantly higher than that when dietary Ca level of 0.95%(P<0.05).Dietary NPP had significant effect on the perimeter,broken strength and density of tibia(P<0.05),the main effect analysis showed that the perimeter,broken strength and density of tibia when dietary NPP of 0.35%were significantly higher than those when dietary NPP of 0.40%and 0.45%(P<0.05).Dietary NPP level had significant interactions on the perimeter,broken strength and density of tibia(P<0.05).In conclusion,under the experimental conditions,dietary Ca and NPP levels affect the tibial characteristics of slow-growing yellow-feathered broilers aged from 29 to 56 days,and have interaction effects,comprehensive the tibial index and growth performance,the recommended
