摘 要:本试验旨在研究饲粮添加霉菌毒素吸附剂-有机酸复合物和霉菌毒素吸附剂-植物精油复合物对蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质及血浆激素、抗氧化和免疫指标的影响。选择270只29周龄的健康罗曼蛋鸡,随机分为3组,每组6个重复,每个重复15只。对照组(Ⅰ组)饲喂基础饲粮,试验组分别饲喂在基础饲粮中添加0.65 g/kg霉菌毒素吸附剂-有机酸复合物(Ⅱ组)和0.70 g/kg霉菌毒素吸附剂-植物精油复合物(Ⅲ组)的试验饲粮。预试期7 d,正试期70 d。结果表明:1)第6~10周,与Ⅰ组相比,Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组蛋鸡产蛋率分别提高了2.79%、2.35%(P=0.094)。2)与Ⅰ组相比,第35天,Ⅲ组哈氏单位显著提高(P<0.05),蛋黄指数有提高的趋势(P=0.084);第70天,Ⅲ组蛋重显著高于Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组(P<0.05)。3)与Ⅰ组相比,Ⅱ组蛋鸡血浆雌二醇含量显著提高(P<0.05),Ⅲ组血浆皮质醇、促肾上腺皮质激素含量显著降低(P<0.05)。4)与Ⅰ组相比,Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组蛋鸡肝脏总超氧化物歧化酶活性和总抗氧化能力显著提高(P<0.05);Ⅲ组血浆丙二醛含量显著低于Ⅱ组(P<0.05)。5)与Ⅰ组相比,Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组血浆白细胞介素-2和干扰素-γ含量显著提高(P<0.05);Ⅲ组血浆白细胞介素-4含量显著高于Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组(P<0.05)。由此可见,饲粮添加霉菌毒素吸附剂-有机酸复合物和霉菌毒素吸附剂-植物精油复合物有提高蛋鸡产蛋率的趋势,提升了机体抗氧化能力及免疫性能;饲粮添加霉菌毒素吸附剂-植物精油复合物可减少机体应激,改善蛋品质。This study was conducted to investigate the effects of mycotoxin adsorbent(MA)-organic acid(OA)complex and MA-essential oil(EO)complex on laying performance,egg quality and plasma hormone,antioxidant and immune indices of laying hens.A total of 270 healthy 29-week-old Roman laying hens were randomly divided into 3 groups with 6 replicates per group and 15 hens per replicate.Hens in the control group(groupⅠ)were fed a basal diet,hens in experimental groups were fed the basal diet supplemented with 0.65 g/kg MA-OA complex(groupⅡ)and 0.70 g/kg MA-EO complex(groupⅢ),respectively.The adjustment period lasted for 7 days,and the experimental period lasted for 70 days.The results showed as follows:1)compared with groupⅠ,the egg production of laying hens in groupⅡand groupⅢduring weeks 6 to 10 was increased by 2.79%and 2.35%(P=0.094),respectively.2)Compared with groupⅠ,on day 35,the Haugh unit of groupⅢwas significantly increased(P<0.05),and the yolk index in groupⅢwas tended to increased(P=0.084);on day 70,the egg weight of groupⅢwas significantly higher than that of groupⅠand groupⅡ(P<0.05).3)Compared with groupⅠ,the plasma estradiol content of groupⅡwas significantly increased(P<0.05),and the contents of cortisol and adrenocorticotrophic hormone in plasma of groupⅢwere significantly decreased(P<0.05).4)Compared with groupⅠ,the liver total superoxide dismutase activity and total antioxidant capacity of groupⅡand groupⅢwere significantly increased(P<0.05);the plasma malonaldehyde content of groupⅢwas significantly lower than that of groupⅡ(P<0.05).5)Compared with groupⅠ,the contents of interleukin-2 and interferon-γin plasma of groupⅡand groupⅢwere significantly increased(P<0.05);the plasma interleukin-4 content of groupⅢwas significantly higher than that of groupⅠand groupⅡ(P<0.05).In conclusion,dietary MA-OA complex or MA-EO complex tended to increase the egg production of laying hens,and enhanced the body antioxidant capability and immune function;dietary MA-EO comp
