摘 要:本试验旨在探讨植物多糖和葛根素对舍饲山羊生长性能、血清生化指标和肉品质的影响。试验选取30只4月龄雌性川中黑山羊,随机分为3组(每组10个重复,每个重复1只),对照组饲喂基础饲粮,多糖组和葛根素组分别在基础饲粮中添加0.1%的植物多糖和0.04%的葛根素。试验期为70 d,其中预试期10 d,正试期60 d。结果表明:与对照组相比,多糖组的平均日增重显著升高(P<0.05),料重比显著降低(P<0.05),而葛根素组上述指标则无显著差异(P>0.05);多糖组和葛根素组山羊血清高密度脂蛋白含量均显著升高(P<0.05),多糖组血清尿素含量显著升高(P<0.05);此外,多糖组和葛根素组肌肉黄度值均显著降低(P<0.05),葛根素组肌肉剪切力显著下降(P<0.05)。以上结果表明,植物多糖可促进舍饲山羊养分代谢,改善生长性能;葛根素可改善舍饲山羊羊肉品质,但在生长性能等方面无显著改善效果。This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of plant polysaccharide and puerarin on growth performance,serum biochemical indices and meat quality of captive goats.Thirty 4-month-old female Chuanzhong black goats were randomly assigned into 3 groups with 10 replicates in each group and 1 ewe in each replicate.The goats of control group were fed with a basal diet,but the goats of polysaccharide group and puerarin group were fed with the basal diet plus 0.1%plant polysaccharide and 0.04%puerarin,respectively.The experimental period was 70 days,of which the pre-feeding period was 10 days and the trial period was 60 days.The results showed that compared with the control group,the average daily gain(ADG)of the polysaccharide group was significantly increased(P<0.05),but its feed/gain was significantly decreased(P<0.05),no significant differences were noticed in them of the puerarin group(P>0.05).And also,the content of high-density lipoprotein(HDL)in serum of polysaccharide group and puerarin group was significantly increased(P<0.05),but serum urea content of polysaccharide group was also significantly increased(P<0.05).In addition,the value of yellowness(b*)in muscle of the polysaccharide group and puerarin group was significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the shear force of puerarin group was significantly decreased(P<0.05).The above results indicate that plant polysaccharide can promote the nutrient metabolism and enhance the growth performance of captive goats,and puerarin can improve the meat quality,but has no improvement effect on growth performance of captive goats.
