摘 要:本试验旨在研究复合酸化剂对断奶幼兔生长性能、养分表观消化率、免疫器官及肉品质的影响。选取300只体重相近、健康的35日龄断奶伊拉肉兔,随机分为5组,每组60只兔。试验设2个对照组,对照1组为空白对照组,对照2组为抗生素对照组;3个试验组分别饲喂在基础饲粮中添加0.1%(Ⅰ组)、0.2%(Ⅱ组)、0.3%(Ⅲ组)复合酸的试验饲粮。预试期5 d,正试期22 d。结果表明:1)添加不同水平的复合酸化剂对各组试验末重、平均日增重、平均日采食量、料重比及腹泻频率、死亡率均没有显著影响(P>0.05),但随着复合酸化剂添加水平的增加,平均日增重有增加的趋势(P=0.0564);与对照1组相比,添加复合酸化剂有降低腹泻频率的趋势(P=0.0518)。2)Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组能量、中性洗涤纤维表观消化率均显著低于对照2组(P<0.05);干物质表观消化率以对照2组最高,显著高于对照1组与Ⅱ组(P<0.05),与Ⅰ组、Ⅲ组差异不显著(P>0.05);Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组酸性洗涤纤维表观消化率极显著低于对照2组与Ⅰ组(P<0.01),与对照1组差异不显著(P>0.05);各试验组粗灰分表观消化率均极显著高于对照1组(P<0.01),与对照2组差异不显著(P>0.05);添加复合酸化剂对粗蛋白质表观消化率影响不显著(P>0.05),但与对照1组相比,添加复合酸化剂有提高粗蛋白质表观消化率的趋势(P=0.0833)。3)添加复合酸化剂对屠宰性能及肉品质指标没有显著影响(P>0.05)。4)Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组胸腺重显著低于对照2组(P<0.05),与对照1组差异不显著(P>0.05);胸腺指数以对照2组最高,显著高于对照1组、Ⅲ组(P<0.05);Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组胸腺指数与2个对照组差异均不显著(P>0.05);与对照组相比,添加复合酸化剂对其他免疫器官指数没有显著影响(P>0.05)。综合本试验各项指标,断奶幼兔饲粮中适宜的复合酸化剂添加水平为0.3%。This experiment was conducted to study the effects of mixed acidifier on growth performance,nutrient apparent digestibilities,immune organ and meat quality of weaned rabbits.Three hundred healthy weaned Hyla rabbits with similar body weight and at age of 35 days were randomly divided into 5 groups with 60 rabbits in each group.Rabbits in the control 1 were fed a basal diet,rabbits in the control 2 were fed the basal diet supplemented with antibiotics,and rabbits in the experimental groups were fed the basal diet supplemented with 0.1%(groupⅠ),0.2%(groupⅡ)and 0.3%(groupⅢ)mixed acidifier,respectively.There were a pretrial period of 5 days followed by an experimental period of 22 days.The experiment results showed as follows:1)dietary different mixed acidifier had no significant difference in final weight,average daily weight gain,average daily feed intake,feed/gain,diarrhea rate and mortality rate(P>0.05),but the average daily weight gain had a trend to increase with the increase of mixed acidifier adding level(P=0.0564).Compared with control group 1,adding mixed acidifier had a trend to decrease diarrhea rate(P=0.0518).2)The apparent digestibilities of energy and neutral detergent fiber in groupsⅡandⅢwere significantly lower than those in the control group 2(P<0.05);the apparent digestibility of dry matter in control group 2 was the highest,significantly higher than that in the control group 1 and groupⅡ(P<0.05),and had no significant difference compared with groupsⅠandⅢ(P>0.05);the apparent digestibility of acid detergent fiber in groupsⅡandⅢwas significantly lower than that in the control group 2 and groupⅠ(P>0.05),and had no significant difference with control group 1(P>0.05);the apparent digestibility of ash in all experimental groups was significantly higher than that in control group 1(P<0.01),and had no significant difference with control group 2(P>0.05);dietary mixed acidifier had no significant influence in the apparent digestibility of crude protein,but had a trend to increase the a
