摘  要:基于毫米波微带贴片天线,研究分析了分别采用嵌入馈线馈电、同轴馈电、耦合馈电以及探针耦合馈电4种馈电方式对天线性能的影响。利用Ansoft高频结构仿真软件HFSS,分别采用4种馈电方式馈电的仿真结果显示,天线工作在28 GHz时的反射系数都能够小于-10 dB,其中采用耦合馈电和探针耦合馈电方式结构具有更宽的阻抗带宽,4种馈电方式的增益分别为8.68 dBi、8.17 dBi、7.56 dBi和8.39 dBi。Based on the millimeter wave microstrip patch antenna, the effects of embedded feeder feed, coaxial feed, coupling feed and probe coupling feed on antenna performance are discussed and analyzed in this paper. Using Ansoft high-frequency structure simulation software HFSS, the simulation results of 4 feeding modes respectively show that the reflection coefficient of the antenna can be less than-10 dB when working in 28 GHz. Among them, the structure of coupling feed and probe coupling feed mode has a wider impedance bandwidth, and the gains of the four feed modes are 8.68 dBi, 8.17 dBi, 7.56 dBi and 8.39 dBi, respectively.
