援鄂返回医务人员集中隔离场所新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控措施

摘　　要：新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)疫情期间,全国各地4.2万余名医务人员、公共卫生专家驰援湖北,开展医疗救治和疫情现场防控工作。援鄂结束,医务人员返回后需要集中隔离休整。本文以北京某援鄂医务人员集中隔离场所为例,针对援鄂返京人员特点与集中隔离场所选址要求及防控要点,从建立防控制度、完善应急处置流程、对人员管理以及对场所卫生要求等方面介绍该集中隔离场所COVID-19疫情防控技术措施,以期为相关工作开展提供参考。During the epidemic of COVID-19,more than 42 thousand medical workers and public health experts rushed to assist Hubei,China and conducted medical rescue and the prevention and control of the epidemic,and these staff needed to undergo centralized isolation after returning.The article takes one centralized isolation site for such medical workers in Beijing as an example,refers to the features of the persons returning from Hubei to Beijing and the site selection requirements and key prevention and control points for centralized isolation sites,this article introduces the technical measures for the prevention and control of the COVID-19 epidemic in this centralized isolation site from the following aspects:establishment of the joint prevention and control system,perfection of emergency treatment process,and the requirements for personnel management and site sanitation,so as to provide a reference for similar work.
