摘　　要：本文通过对主要国际组织和国家旅店业卫生标准法规进行梳理,比较分析这些国家和组织旅店业卫生标准类型、标准中指标设置及应用特点,并提出解决我国旅店业出现的重点公共场所卫生问题的标准工作方案及加强标准研究的工作建议。This article reviews the sanitary standards and regulations for hotel industry in major international organizations and countries,and compares and analyzes the types of these sanitary standards,the setting of indicators in standards,and the characteristics of their applications.Then the standard plans are put forward to solve the sanitary problems in key public places for the hotel industry in China,and some suggestions are advanced to strengthen the research on sanitary standards for the hotel industry.
