摘　　要：手卫生(包括洗手和手消毒)是个人卫生和公共健康的基础,在国际和国内均被作为控制新冠肺炎疫情传播的重要措施之一。人群聚集场所内人员密集,场所内人员的手卫生状况对疫情防控更为重要。本文对《人群聚集场所手卫生规范》(WS/T 699-2020)的制定背景、国内外相关情况、主要内容及制定依据进行解读,旨在使社会公众及相关场所管理者、从业者更好地了解该标准的主要内容,推动标准实施。Hand hygiene,including hand washing and hand antisepsis,is the basis of personal hygiene and public health.It is also used as an important measure to control the spread of COVID-19 in China and globally.Congregate settings are densely populated places,and hand hygiene of individuals in such places is of great importance for epidemic prevention and control.The article interprets the background,relevant situation in China and globally,main contents and basis of the standard of Specification of Hand Hygiene for Congregate Settings(WS/T 699-2020),in order to help the public,managers and practitioners of related places better understand the main contents of the specification and promote its implementation.
