摘  要:目的建立全自动流动注射分析仪测定PM2.5中铵离子的方法。方法将采集空气细颗粒物(PM2.5)的石英滤膜样品经超纯水超声浸提后,离心,取上层溶液稀释后,进流动注射仪测定铵离子质量浓度。结果在超声水浴温度为20℃,超声时间为30 min,缓冲溶液p H=5.2,流动注射仪反应温度为50℃的最佳优化条件下,铵离子质量浓度的标准曲线在(0~1.0) mg/L范围内线性良好,线性相关系数为0.999 9;采样体积为135 m3(标准状况)时,方法检出限为0.026μg/m3;样品低、中、高浓度加标回收率为90.0%~110%;相对标准偏差RSD为1.0%~4.1%。结论该方法精密度和准确度较高,适用于环境空气颗粒物PM2.5样品中水溶性铵离子的分析测试。Objective To establish a method for determination of ammonium ions in fine particulate matter(PM2.5)by a fully automated flow injection analyzer.Methods Quartz filter membrane used for atmospheric PM2.5 sampling was subjected to ultrasonic extraction with ultrapure water and centrifugation;the supernatant was taken for dilution and then injected into a flow injection analyzer for measurement of mass concentration of ammonium ions.Results Under the best optimized condition(30-minute ultrasonic water bath at 20℃,buffer solution pH 5.2,and reaction temperature of flow injection analyzer 50℃),the standard curve of ammonium ions showed a good linearity in the range of 0 to 1.0 mg/L,with a linear correlation coefficient of 0.9999.When the sampling volume was 135 m3(standard condition),the detection limit of the method was 0.026μg/m3;the spike recovery rates for low-,medium-,and high-concentration samples were from 90.0%to 110%;the relative standard deviations were from 1.0%to 4.1%.Conclusion This method has high precision and accuracy,which makes it suitable for analysis and testing of water-soluble ammonium ions in atmospheric PM2.5 samples.
