摘  要:为实时动态反映商业综合体的消防安全状态,利用物联网技术,建立商业综合体动态火灾风险评估模型。在层次分析法的基础上,结合火灾风险定义选取评估指标,将选取的评估指标进行动静态分类,并对分类指标进行量化转换,使之成为统一的标准数据,消除以往由于不同指标数据类型所带来的不可比性。通过物联网技术将监测到的数据与标准数据进行一一对应,引入到火灾动态评估模型,评估结果随物联网监测数据的变化而动态变化,弥补以往节点式静态反映火灾风险的不足。实例结果表明:该方法能实时准确地定量评估商业综合体的火灾风险,提高商业综合体火灾风险动态化管理水平。In order to dynamically reflect the fire safety status of the commercial complex in real time,the Internet of Things technology is used to establish a dynamic fire risk assessment model for the commercial complex.On the basis of the analytic hierarchy process,combined with the definition of fire risk,the assessment indicators are selected,the selected assessment indicators are classified dynamically and statically,and the classification indicators are quantitatively converted to make them a unified standard data,eliminating the previous data types due to different indicators.One-to-one correspondence between the monitored data and standard data through the Internet of Things technology is introduced into the fire dynamic evaluation model.The evaluation results dynamically change with the changes of the Internet of Things monitoring data,making up for the lack of node-style static response fire risk in the past.The result of an example shows that the method can accurately and quantitatively assess the fire risk of a commercial complex in real time and improve the dynamic management of fire risk in a commercial complex.
