摘　　要：阐述了电动轿车通道和通道后部特有的技术要求、冲压工艺设计中所涉及到的工艺分析、CAE分析、模型优化及解决办法,提出了制件合并生产的工艺构想,以及模具设计等注意事项,对通道和通道后部的冲压工艺、模具设计及制造具有一定的指导意义。This paper describes the special technical requirements of the passage and the rear part of the electric car, the process analysis, CAE analysis, model optimization and solutions involved in the stamping process design, and puts forward the process concept of the combined production of parts, as well as the matters needing attention in the die design, which has a certain guiding significance for the stamping process, die design and production manufacturing of the channel and rear channel.
